When the predetermined time to deploy your system arrives, the transition couldn't be easier...The Implementation Phase is when the equipment is delivered to your facility...
Your old legacy telephone system continues to operate as usual. Your new phones arrive and work on each desk simultaneously. "Temporary" telephone numbers allow your staff to start using the new system at will.
All users can record Voice Mail greetings, make test calls, download mobile apps, and so on, all days/weeks prior to conversion. When you are comfortable, the old system can easily be transitioned to 100% to the new system.
